Guest’s rules and regulations

Attention: All the rules are now stricter and must be followed for the duration of the Covid epidemic.

People who are not guests cannot be in the apartments area

1. Room service and Laundry facilities:

  • The staff is available 8.00 am - 10.00pm

  • Limited Housekeeping Service is provided.

  • We provide full cleaning service (towel exchange, change linens/make bed; etc) every 3 days, following all safety protocols using antibacterial and antiviral chemicals.

  • You can request cleaning service in reception online.

  • Cleaning takes 2 hours and guests are not allowed to be in the apartment.

2. Maximum occupancy of guests:

  • one bedroom - 2 persons according to safety protocols
  • two bedrooms - 4 persons according to safety protocols

3. Pets:

  • No pets of any kind are allowed in the aparthotel.

4. Trash:

  • Please, don’t leave trash in hallways, doorways, or other common areas. Trash cans are located throughout the aparthotel.

5. Pool area:

  • Pool is open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm

  • Maximum number of people in the pool area according to security protocols - 6

  • No eating or drinking.

  • No fire or cooking of any kind allowed in pool area.

  • Only registered hotel guest allowed.

  • Glass containers are not allowed  in the pool.

  • Please shower before entering pool.

  • No diving, jumping or running in pool.

6. Common area regulations:

  • Cooking in public areas and places not intended for this (terrace, pool area, balcony, garden, etc.) is prohibited. Open fires (barbecues, coals, etc.) are prohibited.

  • Quiet hours are between 10.00pm  and 8.00am

  • Parties are not allowed

  • Loud music is not allowed

7. Cancellations for direct bookings:

  • 100% deposit paid on reservation is non refundable.

8. Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
